Dish TV (Dish Network) is the fourth largest Pay-TV content provider in the United States and delivers satellite television, audio programming and interactive television services. Dish Network has over 14 million Customers.
Dish TV offers much of the same programming has its rival Directv and stresses that it's at a lower price. Like I have said in other articles, if it costs less it usually offers less also!
TV Everywhere (here, there, and everywhere...)
This service allows TV viewing using mobile devices such as an iPad or smart phone. TV Everywhere allows users to control receivers, schedule DVR recordings, search for programs and watch television with your favorite connected device. A high-speed internet connection like DSL is needed to use the service with Dish TV.
Special receivers are needed for TV Everywhere. Customers need either a ViP 922 SlingLoaded DVR or a 722k HD DVR with a Sling Adapter.

What's My Conclusion?
Dish TV offers lots of top quality high definition and standard definition channels for the price. Dish TV Network tends to load up the programming packages with lots of filler content.
You will notice that they include tons of educational and music channels that are either free to them or cheap to provide. Dish does have some neat features like the TV Everywhere that offers portable viewing options. I personally like the idea of being able to watch TV using an Apple iPad!.
All in all, I still believe Dish TV is a budget service compared to Directv. I would personally get Directv. Remember what I have been saying, you get what you pay for! If the price is less, you are also getting less content for your money.
